Services available here had their origin in 1985 through a DBA called Personnel Solutions. Since then, several business entities and associations made them available to users in and out of the workplace throughout the United States and Canada.
The Internet and rapidly developing new technologies opened doors of opportunity for activating all six of our proprietary assessment services, extending the scope of their application to other parts of the world.
The Plan calls for Mike Williamson LLC to be the organization and this website to be the platform for achieving the company’s ambitious goals. The marketing strategy funnels prospective customers to websites where they watch brief videos. At the end of the videos, they’re invited to take the next step that activates the process.
The launch of Solution Profiles will be followed by the others in the order of greatest consumer interest.
About Us – The Deliverables
What you see here illustrates what you get. The graphic deliverables are produced by the service associated with it. For most of the services, the graph is a visual representation of a written report, making it unnecessary for employment decision-makers to read lots of resumes.
Solution Profiles - Decisions at a Glance
Matches increase revenue in the order of 35 percentage points, resulting from increases in productivity and tenure over the historical averages. Mismatches cause problems that result in low productivity, interpersonal conflict, and early termination.
Who-Za-Whiz - The Passive Recruiter
The highest trait in each PERSON PROFILE explains up to 50% of the job seeker’s behavior. We provide employers with carefully worded ads, with which job seekers identify. Thus, most of the applicants will have PERSON PROFILES that match the POSITION PROFILE of the position opening the employer needs to fill. That means decision-makers can select from a pool of job seekers whose personality traits match position requirements, so they can concentrate on other qualifiers like education, training, licenses, and experience.
SURE – Success Using Research Equations
The SURE report is a histogram that predicts success, based on customized mathematical equations. Those equations identify a set of Survey item scores that correlate highly with a client-selected criterion. The report posted here resulted from SURE applied to monthly revenue and PERSON PROFILES of operation managers in dental offices. Notice that SURE identified 100% of the above-average OMs. The monthly revenue for that group was 173% higher than their low-performance cohorts
In another application, tenure doubled for salespersons in a large automobile dealership, from an average of 14 months to more than 29 months, cut short by the need to report results. By the end of the study, sales in the dealership increased by 100 units per month, from 500 units to 600 units.
MATRIX – Character Quotients for Controlling the Culture
This service allows employers to create a corporate culture that changes from the Current Culture to a Preferred Culture. When character quotients (CQs) are scaled to form a normal distribution curve, comparisons create a matrix of compatibility in Values. The theoretical model looks like the chart posted here, where the large curve is the current distribution of character quotients, and the three small curves are examples created by employers. Diversity in ethnicity, religion, gender, and other protected categories are not affected. The service provides for as much diversity or homogeneity as the organization chooses to achieve.

MATRIX OF COMPATIBILITY SCORES CONVERTED FROM CHARACTER QUOTIENTS
Interpersonal conflict is the most common basis for early unwanted terminations in the workplace. When employees are required to work together or in close proximal locations, as on a project or in a team, a manager should not assign activities when compatibility is red.
ME-Z-YOU-Z - THE MAGIC SOCIAL MIXER
Me-Z in the title refers to a person who takes our online Survey FREE to describe themselves and receive an abbreviated report with their line graph embedded in it. However, the report only describes the survey-taker’s highest trait. A nominal fee is required to obtain the complete report.
You-Z is how Me-Z perceives the PERSON PROFILE of a person of interest. That person may be a boss, a friend, a person of romantic interest, or any number of others who Me-Z wants to know better.
It also can be a fascinating activity at parties or other social gatherings, where people have an opportunity to compare reports. The comparison opens the conversation with a focus on differences between perceived and actual profiles.

The goal is to help them understand each other better so they function in harmonious relationship as a team.The coach or consultant is available to answer questions the pair has. Follow-up sessions also are encouraged to ensure the service has its intended benefit.
About Us – The Bio of the Owner
Mike Williamson LLC was founded and is owned by Mike Williamson, Ph.D.
Military Service – Williamson served in the US Navy, from December 20, 1950, to October 7, 1954. He graduated second in his class as a radioman. He made two deployments to the War Zone off the west coast of Korea, on the USS Thompson, a destroyer mine sweeper.
Education – After serving a four-year term in the Navy, and receiving an honorable discharge, he used the GI Bill to help pay for tuition at Pasadena College. He had several leadership roles during nine semesters of attendance there, and in all of those semesters, he earned scholastic honors. He completed his undergraduate courses at the University of Southern California, with tuition paid by academic scholarships and part-time employment in the Genetic Division, School of Medicine, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. He also earned two graduate degrees, a master’s in psychometry and a Ph.D. in research design and statistics. His research for the master’s degree resulted in his Thesis being awarded Thesis of the Year. Upon graduation with the Ph.D., he joined the faculty as an assistant, and later, associate clinical professor.
Activities and Achievements Selected from Dr. Williamson’s Curriculum Vitae
- He directed the California statewide PKU Screening Project. Results led directly to the passage of legislation for routinely testing newborns for PKU. Since the law went into effect in January 1966, 99.9 percent of live births have been tested. Currently, all 50 states routinely test for PKU, as do many other countries.
- He validated the Guthrie blood test for elevated phenylalanine. The test is now used worldwide for identifying newborns for PKU.
- He conducted the study that led to posting a warning label on Equal and Nutrasweet, and over 1100 other products that contain aspartame. It reads: “Warning: Phenylketonurics contains phenylalanine.”
- He designed the national PKU Collaborative Study and is the senior author of the publication. The study turned out to be a model of how collaborative studies should be conducted.
- He served as chief bio-statistician and co-investigator of the Study, which discovered an effective treatment for PKU. The treatment is completely effective for protecting the normal development of the brain when properly applied from diagnosis at birth to adulthood, at least, and probably for life. Untreated PKUs are profoundly retarded while they’re properly treated PKU siblings have IQs that are the same as their non-PKU siblings.
- He served as the research consultant to other faculty at USC publishing 90 articles in peer review journals and association proceedings. The publications in peer-reviewed journals included 12 different professional disciplines. He also wrote 8 white papers, several monographs, and published 2 books. One paper was published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, with findings that identified harmful effects of disrupting the normal metabolism of protein. That finding has implications for long-term health hazards from COVID-19 vaccinations in some people.
- He was the primary founder of Computrition, Inc., a leading, award-winning food service management software company.
- Currently, he is heavily involved in managing Solution Profiles, podcasting from his home-based studio, and telling the world about imminent events that are the fulfillment of Bible prophecies that predict the end of the Age.
